If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any justification within 14 days from the date you received the goods, pursuant to Article 52 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, as provided by Article 57 of the Consumer Code, unless the product is faulty or does not match the order.
Please return the product intact and carefully packaged, to avoid damage during transport.
If the returned item is damaged due to inadequate packaging, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Detailed return instructions will be sent to you by email upon request.
Once we have received the product and verified its condition, we will proceed – according to your request – with either a replacement or a refund of the amount paid, within 24 hours, as provided by Article 56 of the Consumer Code.
