Agricola Piano is plastic free since the beginning, being plastic free isn’t easy but every one of us needs to give their contribution.
5 billion of plastic bags per year. 25 tons of trash per month. One million bottles per day.
These are the shocking numbers relative to plastic production and consumption.
These numbers are even more shocking if you think that half of it is projected to be used only once.
For these reasons more and more companies adopt the “Plastic Free” policy, modifying their packaging using eco-friendly ones reducing wastes and global pollution.
Our company is eco-friendly since the start way before the obligation imposed by the Europe on the use of plastc that enters in force in 2021.
Agricola Piano is plastic free because uses, indeed, eco-friendly packaging; being plastic free isn’t easy, but everyone can help starting from us, to private, to public, in order to protect our seas and territories.
What can we do?
- Avoid to buy food in plastic packaging;
- Use reusable bags to grocery shopping;
- Do not throw plastic on the ground;
- Recycle plastic;
- Delete the use of plastic cups, cutlery and plates;
- Use a glass jug to drink water at home;
- Avoid toothpaste or scrub that contains microplastics;
- Do not use plastic wraps to keep your food, it’s better to use glass container;
- Prefer natural fiber to the artificial ones;
- Do not think that disposable plastic is essential: IT ISN’T!
