We present èViva the Flour type "0" Crinitusa, the new flour we produced in collaboration with master pizza maker Salvatore Santucci.
This is a 100% Italian, 100% natural, 100% performance flour produced from blends of the highest quality Apulian grains.
Following the concept of "GOOD HEALTHY AND BEAUTIFUL" devised by the master, "Crinitusa" and all our flours are:
Sharing the same values and knowing Master Santucci, we felt it was right to create a flour that was the epitome of who we are.
Salvatore Santucci, born in 1972, had been passionate about the world of pizza since he was a young boy; in fact, he occupied his spare time watching the pizza maker at the pizzeria near his home kneading, rolling out and preparing pizzas.
This passion of his led him to work in pizzerias from the age of 12 and to study at the hotel school until the age of 18.
As soon as he graduated to fulfill his dream, he decided to open his own pizzeria.
His passion for the world of pizza and doughs led him to travel around Italy and abroad until he landed in AVPN (Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana) where he soon became Maestro Pizzaiolo and teacher of the Association's courses.
