Origin
    1. All our flours and semolina are made from the highest quality Apulian wheat;
      • The wheat is grown on our own land or we purchase it from other local farmers with whom we have an ethical pact (short supply chain).
      • Our company is currently able to say for each batch of flour: the name of the wheat farmer, lot and parcel of land where it was produced.
