Guide Bio was created with the intention of highlighting green and eco-sustainable choices in the world of wine and other sectors of agricultural production.
Organic farming is a difficult challenge to sustain for agricultural entrepreneurs because it substantially decreases the harvest, because the costs for the management increase a lot compared to conventional agriculture and because the consumer is not willing to pay much more than the conventional product.
But it is also a necessary and responsible path to safeguard the territory, consumers and future generations.
So organic farming is a choice of awareness, ethics, farsightedness, respect and quality.
We would like to thank the Bio Guide which, by reporting on the products and experiences of those who have decided to take this path, allows us to be known and recognised.
In the Organic Oil section you can see all the oils entered, which have been tasted and reviewed, with a score ranging from 2 to 5.
The Ulivo d'Oro (Golden olive tree), a special mention for oils that stand out for their elegance, quality and specificity, was also awarded.
