Paesaggio agricolo della Puglia

Sustainability · Agricola Piano

Cultivate today, respect tomorrow.

Sustainability is not a campaign: it is the way we have worked for three generations. Short supply chain, ethical farming and the protection of the Puglia we love.

Our promise

Food born healthy, leaving the world better.

We believe authentic food comes from healthy soil. That is why we farm with organic and integrated methods, choose native varieties like Peranzana and ancient wheat, and handle every step ourselves: from sowing to packaging.

No chemical shortcuts, no anonymous supply chains. Only real raw material, carefully processed and told with transparency.

The six pillars

How we practice sustainability, every day.

Guardians of the land

We farm with respect for our land: its fertility, its balance, its agricultural vocation. For us, sustainability does not mean exploiting the territory, but protecting it, enhancing it and leaving it better for those who come after us.

Ancient, native varieties

We defend ancient wheat and the Peranzana olive, and with them the biodiversity of our land. We grow them with organic and integrated methods — no glyphosate, no pesticides, no GMOs — because a landscape is saved by cultivating it, not abandoning it.

A fair price for those who farm

When we buy wheat and olives, we pay farmers a fair price. Quality is born of the land and of those who work it every day: paying for it fairly is the first step of sustainability.

Respect for labour

We build fair relationships and fair pay with collaborators, employees and suppliers. Sustainability is also social: without dignity of work there is no true quality.

Real, healthy food

From sowing to table, we bring authentic, traceable food that nourishes and does good. We want eating healthily to be possible for as many people as possible, not a privilege.

Win-win sustainability

Our sustainability sacrifices no one: the land, the farmers, the workers and those who choose our products all come out winners. Only when everyone wins is a business truly sustainable, every day.

Plastic Free

We said goodbye to plastic before it was mandatory.

Every year billions of plastic bags and millions of tonnes of single-use waste are produced worldwide. Much of it ends up in seas and fields — including those we farm.

That is why we chose paper, glass and tin. Materials that protect the product, not the environment we grow it in. Every package is designed to be recycled, reused or returned to the earth.

Agricultural roots

For three generations we have farmed our land, continuing a true, Italian agriculture tied to the territory.

Clear chain

From field to table

Raw materials of clear origin: partly grown by us, partly selected from farmers in our area.

Responsible

Respect for the earth

Organic and integrated methods, protecting soil, biodiversity and raw material quality.

Healthy food

Respect for those who eat

Authentic, controlled foods for those who want taste, safety and wellbeing on the table.

Together it makes a difference

Six simple choices to support those who truly farm.

Sustainability starts with daily choices. Here is where to begin.

  • 01Choose Italian products with a certified supply chain: you support national agriculture and those who work the land every day.
  • 02Read where your food comes from: knowing what you eat is an act of awareness.
  • 03Prefer simple, authentic, controlled foods: health starts with what you put on the table.
  • 04Value quality, not just price: behind a good product there is work, time and responsibility.
  • 05Reduce waste: buy what you will actually use and store food properly.
  • 06Support companies that respect land, work and consumers: every purchase is a choice.
"The world is not changed by criticism,
but by action."
