Origin of the grain and territory
All èViva oil comes from the Peranzana cultivar grown in our olive groves in Apricena (FG), in the Subappennino Dauno at about 100 m a.s.l., trees with an average age of 55 years, in ICEA-certified organic farming.

Practical tips
The Peranzana EVO oil in the Tris is at its best raw, but also stands up well to cooking:
- Raw on salads and pinzimonio dips

- For cooking: oven, grill and light frying
Thanks to its high oleic acid content (70,4%) it is also suitable for light frying. Always reseal the bottle well after use to limit oxidation.
