Single-variety Peranzana extra virgin olive oil, in a 3-liter bag-in-box format: convenient, economical, and flawless from the first to the last use.
The mill
Cold extraction and controlled filtration
The Peranzana olives destined for the Bag-in-Box follow the same strict cycle as the entire single-variety line: harvested between late October and early November, cold extracted within 6 hours at a controlled temperature below 25 °C.
The oil is filtered and stored in stainless steel silos under nitrogen before packaging in the flexible bag. This guarantees the complete absence of defects and the stability of the organoleptic characteristics.
Storage
How to keep the Bag-in-Box after opening
Once opened, always leave the bag inside the protective carton. The dispensing tap prevents air from entering. Store in a cool, dry place, away from stoves, heat sources, and temperature changes.
Once the oil is finished, the inner bag and outer carton are fully separable and recyclable in their respective bins. Shelf life 18 months from the packaging date.
